

At our industrial site, you will manage and coordinate the company's QHSE approach. Reporting to senior management, you will work across all departments to ensure regulatory compliance, employee safety, and continuous process improvement:
Quality
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
- Conduct and monitor internal and external quality audits.
- Analyze and address non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive action plans.
- Improve industrial processes in collaboration with production and engineering teams, implement control ranges and vehicle quality monitoring files.
Health & Safety
- Identify and assess occupational risks (DUER).
- Define the prevention plan and ensure its implementation.
- Raise awareness and train staff in safety rules.
- Analyze incidents and accidents at work and oversee corrective actions.
Environment
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (waste, discharges, ICPE).
- Implement measures to reduce our environmental footprint.
- Monitor regulatory and technical developments.
Management and coordination
- Supervise two quality staff members and coordinate industrial teams across departments.
- Train, support, and engage all employees in the QHSE culture.
- Serve as the point of contact for customers, suppliers, auditors, and certification bodies.
Education: Master's degree in QHSE, industrial quality, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment (automotive, defense, mechanical engineering).
Skills:
- ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, 8D, auditing).
- Knowledge of HSE regulations.
Soft skills: Leadership, rigor, teaching skills, proactive approach, practical experience.
Languages: Technical English, written and spoken.
