Your mission

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day activities of the assembly workshop:

Monitor and enforce production schedules.
Manage workshop resources (team, equipment, components).
Supervision of fitters: organization of workstations, technical support, discipline.
Respond to blockages or technical problems.
Ensure assembly quality and compliance with procedures.
Organize the flow of materials and products in the workshop.

Profile required

Mechanical experience, ideally in vehicle or special machine assembly.

Natural leadership in the field, ability to federate a team.

Good organization, autonomy, responsiveness.

Rigorous application of instructions and planning.

Interest in technical, military and motorsport vehicles.

Mastery of safety rules (QHSE).
